Parx Casino Shippensburg is a 73,000 square feet mini-casino owned by Greenwood Gaming & Entertainment, the parent company of Parx Casino. The mini-casino had a successful trial run in January and officially opened its doors to the public in February 2023. It is located in a former Lowe’s Home Supply Store in the Shippen Towne Center and is less than two miles from the Shippensburg University campus.

The Parx flagship casino in Bensalem is the state’s largest land-based casino. Greenwood Gaming & Entertainment won the Pennsylvania Gaming Board’s satellite casino auction round, and the mini-casino facility in Shippensburg is the fourth satellite (category four) casino in Pennsylvania.
